Here at The Lawnmower Centre we haha number of machines available to hire- from lawnmowers and hedge trimmers to stump grinders and log splitters.

Hire Terms and Conditions

Hire Agreement

All equipment hires are subject to our standard Hire agreement, which must be reviewed and signed before any machinery is released. The agreement outlines important terms including hire period and payment conditions. Signing the Hire Agreement confirms that you understand and accept these conditions, ensuring a clear and professional arrangement that protects both parties throughout the hire period 

Hire Period 

The hire period begins on the date and time the equipment is collected or delivered and ends when the equipment is returned back to us. Equipment must be returned back to us on or before the agreed date and time. 

Hire charges and Payments 

Hire charges must repaid in full upon the return of the machine, unless otherwise agreed. Any additional charge incurred during the hire period, including but not limited to late return fees, damage, environmental fees or loss will be calculated and are payable at the time of return. We reserve the right to withhold future hire services until all outstanding charges have ben settled. 

Late Returns

Equipment returned after the agreed return date or time may be charged at the full daily hire rate or part thereof until the equipment is returned and payment is made. 

Damage or Loss

Any damage to or loss of the ore equipment must be reported to us immediately upon discovery. The Hirer may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of the hire equipment including any associated labour or parts, where the damage is not due to fair wear and tear. 

Non-Payment

If payment is not made in full upon the return of the hire equipment, the hire period will be deemed to continue until payment is received. 

Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection can be arranged. A fee may be added to cover costs. Please note delivery and collection times are estimated.
